Dedicated Home Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker & Domestic Support to join our team. As a valued member, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver domestic assistance, meal preparation, unaccompanied shopping, personal care, and respite care services that meet the unique needs of each client.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. You should also have strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability/Home and Community Support (or equivalent qualification) and current First Aid and CPR certification. You must also hold a valid Working with Children Check and have a good level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
