We are seeking passionate, motivated and caring individuals who believe in a holistic approach to providing quality care to our clients.

Here at Sabine's Home Care Services we assist the most vulnerable members of our community to remain living in their own home. Our clients live mainly in the inner and outer suburbs of Melbourne in the Shire of Yarra Ranges, City of Maroondah, City of Whitehorse, City of Manningham & City of Boroondara. Suburbs include Ringwood, Mitcham, Nunawading, Doncaster, Bayswater, Boronia, Lilydale, Healesville, Yarra Junction and Olinda.

Our clients require caring workers willing to assist in maintaining their independence, supporting them with their personal, complex and home care needs. Duties may include any of the following:

- Personal care
- Basic Nursing care
- Domestic assistance
- Respite/companionship care
- Transport/social support/access to the community

We firmly believe that upon every level we need like-minded individuals who are hard-working and have the ability to work autonomously as well as in teams.

**To be considered for a Support Worker role you must have**:

- **Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support (minimum qualification) or**:

- **Certificate IV in Disability or**:

- **RN & EN Nursing students are encouraged to apply**:

- **Aged/Disability Care students are encouraged to apply**:

- **Good communication skills**

**In addition to this you must also hold or willing to obtain**:

- **Current First Aid and CPR**:

- **NDIS Workers Screening Check**:

- **Current National Police Check**:

- **Current Working with Children Check**:

- **Own reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance **(*comprehensive insurance required for Suport Workers only) **& current Australian Drivers License**:

- **Reliable mobile phone**

DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE AGED, AND CHILDREN & ADULTS WITH A DISABILITY WILL BE HIGHLY REGARDED.

**Salary**: From $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided, including face masks, hand sanitiser, gloves and RATs.
