Job Overview

The role of Advertising Operations Manager involves leading the campaign execution workflow as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with agency partners to understand client goals, developing media plans, and contributing to RFP responses. The successful candidate will also lead campaign kick-off meetings, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure flawless order implementation.

A key aspect of this role is overseeing campaign performance, providing clients with regular reports, and managing escalations. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, as well as strong communication and project management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in agency account management and/or advertisement operations functions, with a focus on video advertising.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Experience with sales operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers).
  • Knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces, including direct IO, programmatic guaranteed, and PMP advertising.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to make data digestible for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage requests from various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with advertising research and verification vendors such as Nielsen, ComScore, Moat, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Kantar, etc.
