Activation Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Activation Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns, ensuring high standards in brief responses, work-in-progress, reviews, reporting, and campaign performance.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive digital strategies, working closely with internal teams and clients to build future-focused testing and optimization roadmaps.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, including search engines and social media platforms.
  • Provide leadership on search strategy, partnerships, and technology opportunities.
  • Build and grow relationships with clients and client teams.
  • Oversee the execution and optimization of digital programs and campaigns.
  • Support the Director in handling client meetings, providing analysis and insights beyond numbers.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

  • Experience implementing digital campaigns (paid search, paid social, and/or programmatic) and managing large client budgets in a marketing agency.
  • Strong experience across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, GA360/GA4, and Trade Desk.
  • Project management experience, guiding teams and individual task lists concurrently.
  • Demonstrated experience articulating media strategy into performance media solutions and accountability for achieving performance targets.
