Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Tyre & Wheel Assembly team in Truganina.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork are key to delivering exceptional service to our Original Equipment customers.


About The Role

You will be responsible for stock picking, preparing and staging for the OE tyre fitting floor and for deliveries to original equipment truck and trailer manufacturers. You will also assist with inventory management, stocktakes, and loading/unloading of tyres & rims or unfinished assemblies to transport.

This role includes tyre and rim fitment tasks and learning office processes and computer systems for invoicing and dispatch documentation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and stage stock accurately for OE customer orders using a forklift.
  • Ensure all transportation invoices, delivery dockets and customer returns are accurate.
  • Assist with inventory checks, stock layout, and monthly stocktakes.
  • Perform tyre and rim fitments, including inflation and quality checks.
  • Load and prepare assemblies for delivery, ensuring accuracy and safety.
  • Support operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Learn and apply office processes for order and dispatch documentation.
  • Relieve the TWA Supervisor during absence.
  • Promote and comply with industry safety standards and best practices.
