Production Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring that every bike that leaves the shop is safe, tuned, and ready to deliver an exceptional ride.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about cycling, loves helping others, and takes pride in their work. You will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of our store's success by troubleshooting and repairing bikes efficiently, performing bike builds and pre-assemblies according to Trek standards, leading the service area with professionalism and high standards of organization and cleanliness, delivering best-in-class hospitality, and collaborating with the Store Manager and team to complete daily tasks and support overall shop operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair bikes with speed, accuracy, and quality
  • Perform bike builds and pre-assemblies according to established guidelines
  • Lead the service area with professionalism and maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers regarding service options and timelines
  • Maintain up-to-date certifications and training through ongoing education and professional development
