Your Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop individualized physiotherapy programs for aged care clients in the community
- Provide comprehensive physiotherapy services, promoting independence and restoring functional abilities
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in physiotherapy
- Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
- Postgraduate experience working in aged care services, including community settings
- Comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
