About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Nepean, providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to our clients under Aged Care Funding.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized physiotherapy programs for aged care clients in the community
  • Provide comprehensive physiotherapy services, promoting independence and restoring functional ability
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in physiotherapy
About You
  • Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
  • Postgraduate experience working in aged care services, including community settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
