About the Role

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A quick thinking approach to adapt under pressure.
  • Strong problem solving skills with analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Personable and confident communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience supporting hardware, software, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and support end-user devices including laptops, PCs, applications, hardware, and telecommunications.
  • Support Microsoft technologies such as Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Azure, and M365.
  • Manage imaging, deployment, and device refresh activities.
  • Monitor and action the Field Services Incident Queue, ensuring compliance with SLAs and ITIL processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.
  • Collaborate with digital workplace teams to align system policies with user needs.
  • Contribute to training, documentation, and knowledge base development.
  • Provide support during major incidents and operational events.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Degree or relevant ICT industry certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience supporting end-user devices, applications, and telecommunications.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows, Active Directory, SCCM/Endpoint Configuration Manager, Azure).
  • Current Victorian Driver Licence.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when required.
  • Knowledge of structured cabling (Desirable)
  • ITIL Foundation certification (Desirable)
