About The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Allied Health Professional to join our allied health team in Salisbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality services and supporting the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Allied Health Team: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the allied health team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal health and well-being.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant Qualification: Possess a relevant qualification in Allied Health, such as a degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Speech Pathology.
- Leadership Experience: Have experience in leadership roles within the health sector, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and leading teams.
