**INTRINSIC HEALTH GROUP is seeking an exceptional ALLIED HEALTH MANAGER for our growing ALLIED HEALTH CENTRE in the heart of Toowoomba**

**THE ROLE**
As the **Allied Health Manager**, you will manage staff and systems, monitor billing and financial processes, and support clinicians to achieve billable targets while delivering exceptional and personalised services.
You will be responsible for driving service growth and maximising stakeholder engagement opportunities through effective planning, in collaboration with the Corporate Leadership Team and the Toowoomba Allied Health team.
You will be based in our Allied Health Toowoomba clinic, however travel outside the region to satellite clinics and Brisbane Head Office will be required to fulfill the requirements of the role.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the allied health practice including reception duties, rostering, training, and team development.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, billing, record-keeping, diary optimisation, and oversight of all processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements with support from broader team.
- Ensure staff attend mandatory Intrinsic Health training and participate in annual activities which include but are not limited to fire drills, environmental checklists, and education about policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and goals for the practice with the Intrinsic Health Group Corporate Leadership Team to improve patient outcomes.
- Efficiently handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns whilst ensuring that a person-centred approach is embedded across the service.
- Manage day to day communications with all staff and stakeholders.
- Collect and analyse patient feedback to improve service delivery.
- Foster a team culture and a collaborative work environment that embraces Intrinsic Health Group values.
- Foster partnerships and collaborations with external stakeholders, such as healthcare providers, community organisations, and government agencies.
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE**
- At least 3 years of experience in allied health leadership, management or similar administration role
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration or Allied Health Qualifications, Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications
- Experience delivering services to clients accessing NDIS supports is preferred
- Experience with Office suite and clinical reporting systems e.g. Power Diary
- Professional presentation with excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to manage staff equally whilst always being honest and approachable
- The ability to manage private and sensitive communication and material
- Outstanding conflict management and resolution skills
- Great leaderships skills to always support and motivate your team
