About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Liaison Specialist to join our Consumer and Brand team.

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with clients across various industries, including travel, culture, F&B, and lifestyle.

  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with allocated clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Monitor industry trends, developments, and breaking issues to stay up-to-date and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with senior managers to prepare and review project plans, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Be the point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  2. Research and analyze client businesses and industries to identify opportunities and challenges.
  3. Develop and maintain accurate media distribution lists, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Cultivate relationships with mainstream and specialist media, as well as social influencers relevant to client bases.
  5. Produce high-quality meeting reports, pitches, and materials that meet client expectations.
  6. Monitor and report on client and industry media activity, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Work with targeted media and influencers to develop story/content ideas that drive results for clients.
  8. Respond to media enquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring positive representation of clients.
  9. Support event management, including research, venue selection, catering, talent management, and speaker briefs.
  10. Assist with guest list management, invitations, and RSVPs to ensure smooth event execution.
  11. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the agency, sharing knowledge of trends, audiences, and cultural insights to fuel meaningful ideas.
Requirements
  • Strong media relations and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in event management, including logistics and coordination.
  • Ability to develop and implement communications plans that meet client objectives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
