Senior Salesforce Configuration Manager

The role of a Senior Salesforce Configuration Manager revolves around ensuring the effective management and governance of our Salesforce CRM platform. As a key member of our digital transformation journey, you will be instrumental in developing and growing our Salesforce ecosystem.

Your primary focus will be on administering and maintaining Salesforce, guaranteeing data integrity, user management, and data governance. You will drive efficiencies through automation and identify areas for improvement, while designing scalable, best-practice solutions based on requirements and feedback.

You will collaborate with various business areas to optimize Salesforce for data capture, processes, insights, and reporting. Additionally, you will create and maintain communication journeys in Marketing Cloud.

Key Qualifications
  • Certification in Salesforce Administration is highly desirable.
  • An understanding of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Journeys would be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, and more.
  • Strong data management skills to enhance Salesforce data quality.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools.
