Job Opportunity: Salesforce Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our Salesforce ecosystem.

As the leader, you will shape the future of customer integration and drive digital transformation within our organization.

  • Develop strategic direction and operational standards for Salesforce services
  • Lead blended teams to deliver enhancements and project-driven improvements
  • Ensure stability, performance, and security of Salesforce applications
  • Manage integration with other systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver seamless solutions
  • Ensure compliance with data protection policies and user access controls

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in Salesforce platforms and integration with enterprise systems
  • Experience in developing custom front-end applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
  • Deep understanding of customer experience principles and data architecture
  • Familiarity with SDLC, ITIL, and project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers
  • A resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving and risk management
