Strategic Salesforce Product Vision Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce initiatives. This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring alignment with our broader digital ecosystem and overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, extensive experience in product management, and a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Own Product Strategy: Conduct thorough market and user research to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce.
  • Drive Product Development and Delivery: Lead the end-to-end agile development and launch of new features and enhancements within Salesforce.
  • Monitor Product Performance and Optimise: Establish and track key metrics and performance indicators for Salesforce.
  • Manage Stakeholder and Partner Relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal executives and external technology partners.
  • Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product and technology team dedicated to Salesforce.

  • Significant experience in Product Management, specifically with a focus on Salesforce or similar CRM/enterprise platforms.
