Daily Tasks This Role Involves
  • Providing direct clinical nursing care to our clients in their homes following best practice nursing procedures
  • Conducting clinical assessments, dressings, medication assessment and catheter changing
  • Developing a holistic nursing care plan in collaboration with client, carer, Care Advisor and Allied health where relevant
  • Providing safe, quality nursing practice to clients with specific needs and/or complex needs eg. Wound care, palliative care, education and support
  • Liaising with all parties involved in the care of the client to maintain holistic healthcare and wellbeing
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all documentation

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults
  • Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
  • Minimum 3 years post-graduate nursing experience
  • Experience in conducting clinical assessments
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office products, and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • A valid NSW driver's license and reliable transportation
