About The RoleSenior Allied Health Professional to lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team across various service locations. Oversee and manage allied health programs focused on individual client goals and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement program standards that meet compliance and best practice guidelines.
- Coordinate efficient service delivery in alignment with the organisation's mission.
- Ensure quality service outcomes through active service evaluation.
- Promote community engagement and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Allied Health or a related field.
- Proven experience in operational management within health or aged care.
- Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated success in achieving program KPIs and managing budgets.
