About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader Field Maintenance to join our APA Networks team in Kidman Park SA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of maintenance works on our gas network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our gas network
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with APA policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize network performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities
  • Maintain a safe working environment by identifying and mitigating hazards, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations

About You

  • Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role, with a strong understanding of gas network operations and maintenance
  • Advanced leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills to develop and motivate a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective maintenance strategies to optimize network performance
  • Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
