Fresh Produce Manager Role

We're seeking an experienced leader to manage our fresh produce department. You'll be accountable for presenting stores exceptionally, welcoming customers and team members, and prioritizing their health and wellbeing.

  • Experience in fast-paced environments and direct leadership is required.
  • You'll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
  • Maintain excellent department standards by monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control.
