Lead Fresh Produce Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our fresh produce department.

The successful candidate will inspire and motivate their team to achieve high standards of quality, service, and safety.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
  • Maintain excellent department standards, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control.
  • Foster a culture that celebrates success and prioritizes the health, safety, and wellbeing of team members.
