Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Fresh Produce Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in this key area of the business.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in leading teams, with experience in fast-paced environments and a proven track record of meeting sales targets and controlling costs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and develop the fresh produce team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
  • Maintain excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control
  • Drive a one team culture which celebrates success and puts team members health, safety and wellbeing first
