About the Role
- You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using Workday features.
- Deliver small scope consulting engagements in response to customer requests.
- Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve or provide optimal product configuration to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to ensure understanding of customer questions and related Workday concepts.
- Provide clear and effective communication responses and value to customers.
- Create and deliver customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals.
About You
Requirements
- 5+ years of implementation experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Workday deployments and financial systems.
- 3+ years of software consulting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Financial Accounting experience.
- Workday Certification in at least one of the following: Record to Report, FDM, Budgets, Spend Management.
