Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
About the Role:
The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients via various communication channels. This includes phone, email, and chat interactions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information and demonstrations as needed
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a solution-focused manner
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role or call centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
