In collaboration with industry-leading partners, you will assist our clients throughout the entire energy value chain, including:

  • Regulatory guidance on energy markets and renewable energy projects
  • Development of commercial contracts, including connection agreements, supply agreements, power purchase agreements, and innovative contract structures for emerging business models
  • Engagement in energy-centric transactions

Qualifications

  • A minimum of + years' post-qualification experience (PQE) with significant exposure to energy markets, acquired either in-house or at a reputable firm
  • A strong enthusiasm for renewable energy and aiding organizations through the energy transition
  • An interest in tackling complex legal matters
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, curiosity, and a proactive approach
  • Meticulous attention to detail, along with strong analytical and drafting capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in client interactions
