About This Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Incidents Lead to join our top-tier client's Superannuation team. In this senior position, you'll play a crucial role in managing incidents and complaints within superannuation administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of superannuation incidents and complaints, adhering to legal and contractual standards.
- Conduct thorough impact assessments, root cause analysis, and develop remediation plans for internal and external review.
- Provide regular updates and technical advice to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and accurate records.
- Document key learnings and lead initiatives to reduce the recurrence of incidents and complaints, enhancing service quality.
- Maintain accurate records in systems and create insightful incident and complaint reports for senior leadership.
