Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our multifaceted venue in a regional setting. As the General Manager, you will drive community engagement and profitability while overseeing various product offerings.

The role of General Manager encompasses leading a dynamic hospitality operation to higher levels of trade, performance, and team engagement. You will be responsible for fostering strong community relationships and managing a large team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To drive the venue's successful operation and overall success
  • Lead a team of employees while overseeing various product offerings including accommodation, TAB, Bottleshop, food and beverage, and a thriving functions/event space
  • Foster strong community relationships
  • Elevate your career by leading a dynamic hospitality operation to higher levels of trade, performance, and team engagement

This position requires a proactive leader with prior experience managing a large, multifaceted venue. A demonstrated track record of successfully steering business growth is highly regarded.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager in a regional setting
  • Extensive knowledge of the industry, with proven experience in pub/tavern accommodation
  • Strong business acumen, proven analytical and financial knowledge
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a large team
  • Driver's License Approved Managers Certificate

The estimated salary for this position is AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship, so you must have full Australian Working Rights to apply.
