About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at St John of God Bunbury Hospital as a Senior HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the business to achieve its strategic objectives through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes and improve organisational performance.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the organisation's people strategy and culture.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement business plans, ensuring people-related aspects are aligned with the overall people strategy.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve HR processes and systems, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers to develop their people management skills and capabilities.
  • Champion change and drive innovation in HR practices to improve business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Significant experience in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of employment legislation, compliance, and best practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the business context of programs and influence stakeholders.
  • Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and translate them into business outcomes.
  • Highly developed time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.

What We Offer

  • Salary: $119,910 - $133,183 (pro rata) + 11.5% superannuation.
  • Permanent part-time position working 45.6 hours per fortnight, with flexibility as to the 3 working days per week.
  • Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits, including mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation, and other everyday living expenses.
