Senior Manager, Transformation Assurance

Description

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for leading assurance reviews across large-scale transformation programs. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive effective governance and risk oversight.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project assurance, internal audit, and/or project risk in change. They will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies and related tools. Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across complex programs is essential.

You will deliver data-driven insights and reporting to risk committees and executive forums. A proactive, outcomes-driven mindset with strong customer focus and relationship-building skills is required.

This permanent full-time role is based in Sydney with flexible hybrid working arrangements available. We are committed to making Westpac the best place to work in the country.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in project assurance, internal audit, and/or project risk in change
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and related tools
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across complex programs
  • Experience producing and presenting insightful reporting to risk committees and governance forums
  • Skills in data-driven analysis using tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, or Copilot
