Senior Operations Coordinator

As a key leadership position, this role oversees and coordinates administrative services across the network. The successful candidate will lead a team of administrators to deliver efficient and effective services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate administrative staff to support network operations
- Develop and implement processes to meet performance requirements and manage workflows
- Maintain high-level proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs and produce professional written materials
- Travel and drive long distances as required
- Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring others
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Evidence of ICT and records management skills
- Current drivers license and ability to maintain
This position requires proof of vaccination against influenza and applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents or have the ability to live and work independently in Australia by way of a Temporary Visa.
