About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Development Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality early childhood programs, promoting children's learning and development, and maintaining open communication with parents and educators.
Key Responsibilities- Child Monitoring and Feedback: Regularly monitor and record individual children's activities to enhance care and program effectiveness, providing constructive feedback to Group Leaders and maintaining open communication with parents regarding their children's developmental needs and interests.
- Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children through diligent supervision, adhering to Council policies, procedures, standards, and legislation.
- A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field;
- Experience working with young children in a group setting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning;
