Job Opportunity: Early Childhood Support Specialist

A Role in Early Childhood Development

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to support our early childhood team in the development and implementation of programs that meet the needs of young children.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the design, implementation, and assessment of programs tailored to the unique needs of children at various stages of development.
  • Collaborate with educators to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, standards, and legislation.
  • Monitor, record, and evaluate individual children's activities, providing feedback to enhance care and program effectiveness.
  • Establish open communication channels with parents regarding their children's developmental needs and interests.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment through vigilant supervision.

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Possess current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or be willing to obtain them prior to commencement).
  • Hold a valid Positive Notice Working with Children Blue Card and police clearance.
