Early Childhood Development Support

We are seeking a skilled Early Childhood Assistant to support the development of programs for young children. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and recording individual children's activities to enhance care and program effectiveness
  • Providing feedback to educators to improve care and programming
  • Maintaining open communication with parents regarding their children's developmental needs and interests
  • Safety and supervision of all children at all times

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or ability to acquire before commencement)
  • Current Positive Notice Working with Children Blue Card and police clearance
