Job Opportunity

Are you a highly skilled professional in metallurgy or chemical engineering seeking a new challenge? Do you have experience in evaluating the mechanical, thermal and chemical properties of materials?

  • Conduct research and development of metallurgical processes to improve material performance and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Design and coordinate laboratory test work programs to evaluate material properties and performance.
  • Investigate and evaluate the properties, microstructure, and performance of cast irons and alloys.

We are seeking a supervisor with strong interpersonal skills who can lead quality control initiatives and supervise team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and ensure the accuracy of design and selection of equipment and materials used in manufacturing to meet required mechanical and chemical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain technical process documentation, including material specifications and process control procedures.
  • Plan and design processes for melting raw materials using induction furnaces to create specific alloys for industrial use.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in evaluating the mechanical, thermal and chemical properties of materials.
  • A degree in metallurgy or chemical engineering.
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting health, safety and environment.
