About the Role

As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, and mitigating risk. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and streamline contract processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Cost Control: Manage all cost control for head contract claims, variations, subcontract claims, monthly cost reporting
  • Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents. Ensure proper filing and retrieval of contract documentation.
  • Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the contract lifecycle in a timely and effective manner.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve contract management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
About You

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual who possesses strong understanding of contract law and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in contracts administration, with a proven track record in complex contract negotiations and management. They will also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
