Laundry Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our team at Linda's Laundry Service. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong management skills who is passionate about providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries promptly
- Manage laundry processing, including washing and drying
- Handle the occasional pick-up and drop-off of customer laundry
- Receive and organise customer laundry at the store
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
- Work collaboratively with staff to ensure high service standards
- Ability to manage staff members and make rosters
- Operating ironing press machine

**Requirements**:

- Proven management skills and prior experience in a supervisory role
- Must be over 25 years of age
- Valid Australian driver’s license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude

Pay: $28.94 - $31.94 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
