Taxi Service Coordinator
DescriptionEureka Taxis Western Victoria Pty Ltd is seeking reliable and organized individuals to work as Taxi Dispatchers. This role requires efficient coordination and allocation of jobs to drivers, communication with customers and drivers, and maintaining accurate records.
- Dispatching Services: Coordinate taxi services by receiving and prioritizing requests from customers via phone, online or via external/internal booking apps.
- Routing and Scheduling: Efficiently assign taxis to pick up passengers based on their location, destination, and time constraints.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with taxi drivers to provide them with accurate information regarding pick-up locations, passenger preferences, and traffic conditions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring passengers' needs are met throughout their journey.
- Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of taxi dispatch activities, including trip logs.
- Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during taxi services, such as delays, route changes, or payment discrepancies.
As a successful Taxi Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing the smooth flow of taxi services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Requirements- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in oral and written skills, basic computer skills, good conflict resolution skills, and the ability to meet KPI's.
