This group are one of Australia's leading Tier 1 Building companies and have a strong pipeline of Regional projects across Victoria over the next five years. They have won a $120m Health project in Ballarat and need a Project Coordinator to join the business.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Play a key role in the successful delivery of the Hospital project
- Design coordination & also coordination of key subcontractors
- Safety and program management
- Quality management, ensuring works are completed as per specifications
- Evaluation of variations & assessing progress claims
- Client interaction

**Experience**:
To be considered for this role you will ideally have worked for a commercial builder for 2-4 years, having exposure to $50m+ projects.

You must have excellent attention to detail and communication skills, be able to work in a high pressured environment and support the successful delivery of the project.
