Senior Animation Leader Role

The Senior Animation Leader will oversee the supervision and guidance of animators to deliver high-quality animations for feature films. Key objectives include collaboration with animation supervisors, leadership and education of the animation team, support in project schedule development and shot delivery, assignment of shots to animators and ensuring reference materials are available.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of animators to create believable performances and motion
  • Provide mentorship and education to junior animators
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop project schedules and ensure timely delivery
  • Identify and assign key tasks to animators based on their strengths and capabilities
  • Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot technical issues
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in computer-generated imagery (CG) with a focus on feature films
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
