About the Job

The Lead Animator is responsible for supervising an animation team and collaborating with supervisors to guide the choreography and performance process.

This role requires leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of animation techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with animation supervisors to create convincing performances and motion.
  • Provide leadership for the animation team including education and mentoring for animators.
  • Solve an animator's creative and technical issues.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of CG experience, ideally within feature films.
  • Prior experience of leading teams.
  • Experience working directly with clients/directors.
