As a Client Claims Advocate, you will be the primary representative for our insurance partner.
You'll play a pivotal role in resolving property and motor damage claims and account management with the customer's insurance provider.
Key Responsibilities:- Building Strong Relationships: Connect with clients through end-to-end claim management, assessing each situation individually.
- Dedicated Time Daily to work on assigned claim load: Dedicated processing time to work through assigned claims to deliver faster end-to-end claim progression for clients.
- Liaising with Suppliers and Repairers: Validate, assess, and repair property insurance claims.
- Recording Client Interactions: Accurately document detailed client interactions and process account information.
- Managing Expectations: Ensure client expectations regarding their insurance and claim process are met.
