Sydney Royal Easter Show Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events & Administration Assistant to support the delivery of the Sydney Royal Arts & Crafts Competition.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing exhibitor concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, word processing, and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Handle cash handling, EFTPOS, and register operations during the Arts Preview Evening and Show period.
- Assist with physical tasks related to event setup and teardown, including exhibit management and display item handling.
- Support the Events Manager and team to ensure effective event delivery.
- Rlevant experience or qualification in administration, event management, or hospitality is preferred.
- Background in events, administration, or hospitality, with proven multitasking, customer service, and cash handling skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- A competitive estimated salary of AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per year, depending on experience.
