Senior People and Culture Partner

This role is a key part of our innovative People and Culture team, which creates best-in-class employee experiences for the Banking and Financial Services operating group. We play an important strategic advisory role, supporting business transformation within a purpose-centred, agile and digital environment.

We are looking for an Associate Director to join our team as a Senior People & Culture Partner. As a member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in people, culture, engagement, talent, diversity and inclusion, reward and employee relations to support and coach business leaders on people matters across the employee life cycle.

You will partner with award-winning teams to identify opportunities and provide advice and tactical support to deliver divisional people activities. This includes alignment of performance, capability, talent and reward through to business strategy; collaboration on business initiatives; input into Group-wide programs; as well as market-leading innovation, in collaboration with the broader People & Culture team.

You will play a key role in our technology transformation agenda, supporting our aspiration to be the #1 Digital. This is a 12-month contract. Our employees contribute ideas and drive outcomes in a friendly and supportive team where everyone matters.
