**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver high level customer service within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Work autonomously, prioritise workload and establish good work practices.
  • Undertake secretarial functions such as coordinating appointments, diary management and scheduling meetings.
  • Provide reception and administrative support to wards/units during periods of relief.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and have experience with secretarial functions.
