**Job Summary**
We are a major public healthcare provider, operating five major hospitals and various community, specialty and state-wide healthcare services. Our goal is to make a difference in the lives of our patients and communities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high level customer service within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Work autonomously, prioritise workload and establish good work practices.
- Undertake secretarial functions such as coordinating appointments, diary management and scheduling meetings.
- Provide reception and administrative support to wards/units during periods of relief.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and have experience with secretarial functions.
