Overview
Disability Support Worker role at Advantage Healthcare Support. Location: Berowra NSW 2081. Travel is required.
Requirements
NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW) (or willing to obtain).
Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Current full Australian driver's licence and own car (not required, but the role is open to driving staff as well).
Comprehensive Car Insurance (if driving).
Other Requirements
Fluent in English.
Skilled in Manual Handling, managing challenging behaviours, and delivering high-care support.
Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
Available across all weekdays, including weekends and public holidays.
Willing to travel to Bondi Area, Malabar, Maroubra, Coogee, etc. Potentially Redfern and other near suburbs.

About The Role: Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes but is not limited to:
Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health.
Ability to plan client\'s activities and other social outings.
Develop connections with the community, and help clients achieve their goals.
Assist with daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and community outings.
Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.
This is a casual employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability. A permanent role may be offered in the future for the right candidate.
