About the Opportunity

The role offers a chance to contribute to sustainable development and urban planning in a global city. The team focuses on designing and constructing public buildings, infrastructure, parks, streetscapes, and public domain.

Projects cover a wide range of urban spaces, including open space and facility strategies, major urban parks, plazas, streetscapes, cycle ways, sport facilities, and playgrounds.

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing urban landscape architectural and urban design projects
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, designers, and delivery teams on design and delivery solutions
  • Driving innovation and design quality on projects while challenging project teams to obtain best value throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline, including registration or eligibility for registration as a member of the respective professional association
  • Experience in the design and delivery of complex landscape architectural or public domain projects
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills and the ability to reason
