The roles

ASPECT is seeking Landscape Architects and a Senior Landscape Architect to join our Sydney team. With a diverse range of projects to contribute to (from concept design and master planning to detailed documentation and delivery), we're looking for talented designers that are driven by the potential of great public spaces, vibrant cities, and thriving landscapes. Landscape Architect

With 2+ years of experience in landscape, urban design, or architecture, you'll bring creativity, collaboration, and strong communication skills to the team, contributing to design excellence across all project stages.

You will be contributing to a diverse range of project typologies and scales, from public domain and urban spaces, parks and open spaces, educational and institutional, transport and infrastructure, commercial and residential and mixed-use precincts, cultural and heritage projects, and integration of cultural narratives into landscape design.

You'll have:

• Degree qualification(s) in Landscape Architecture / Urban Design / Architecture (required).
• Demonstrated documentation experience in CAD and/or BIM i.e. AutoCAD (preferred)
• 3D rendering knowledge highly desirable (Rhino or Lumion).
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual communication.
• A passion for and an understanding of good design.

Senior Landscape Architect

As a Senior designer, you will bring 5+ years of industry experience, and recent exposure to supervising a project team and beginning to mentor junior team members. You'll be confident presenting in a variety of formal and informal settings and managing project delivery and client relationships on behalf of the Studio.

The successful candidate will have a high proficiency in a range of 2D and 3D computer-based programs (Revit preferred) and demonstrated expertise in design and documentation at all stages from concept through construction. Good commercial awareness will be critical, including knowledge of Australian building and planning regulations, and contract management.

With a degree qualification in landscape architecture, urban design, architecture or other aligned fields, you'll be able to lead with a design focus, and drive design strategy and innovation.
