Urban Landscape Architect Manager

The City of Sydney is seeking a highly skilled Urban Landscape Architect Manager to join our team. This exciting role will provide an opportunity to lead the design and delivery of complex landscape architectural projects.

About the Role

This position involves managing urban landscape architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of landscape architects and designers in the development of project concepts and designs
  • Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups and government agencies
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture or a related field, including registration or eligibility for registration as a member of the relevant professional association
  • Extensive experience in the design and delivery of complex landscape architectural projects
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • A strong understanding of urban design principles and practices
