Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Merchandise Support Professional to join our team in servicing local grocery stores across Kawana, Sunshine Coast.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Service grocery stores, ensuring accurate product placement and efficient store operations
  • Utilize the Strikeforce App for timely and precise reporting
  • Manage stock levels, positions, and ticketing with attention to detail
  • Erect displays and execute tasks as needed
  • Negotiate off-location opportunities and maintain strong relationships with store personnel
  • Communicate upcoming promotional activities effectively
Key Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have valid Australian working rights
  • Possess a current State Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
  • Available to work a minimum of 2 days per week between Wednesday-Friday
  • Physical ability to perform bending, lifting, and other job-related tasks without restriction
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of people
  • Previous experience in Grocery Merchandising or supply chain management is an advantage, but not essential
