About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Mid-Senior Level Assistant Manager. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for driving business growth and excellence in the grocery department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for the grocery retail industry and a positive "can do" attitude.
  • Take ownership of the grocery department, working effectively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, tailoring the store's service and product offering to meet specific customer needs in the local area.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a culture of teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with management, employees, and external stakeholders to drive business results.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business insights.
