About this role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our multi-year transformation program on a long-term assignment.

The successful candidate will report into the Program Director and provide business analysis expertise to support the program and operational units in defining, planning, and delivering transformation.

This role has a strong focus on stakeholder engagement to support end-to-end processes, including as-is and to-be process mapping and documentation of requirements.

The Business Analyst will lead the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guides, FAQs, and user guides in collaboration with subject-matter experts.

This role also involves working with teams to support the implementation and embedding of change during go-live and post-go-live phases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing business analysis support for the multi-year transformation program, including process mapping and requirements documentation.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to define, plan, and deliver transformation activities across the program and operating units.
  • Leading the creation of SOPs, guides, FAQs, and user guides in collaboration with SMEs.
  • Supporting change implementation and embedding during go-live and post-go-live phases.

About you

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with:

  • Proven experience in complex organisations.
  • Experience supporting large, complex programs and projects, including process mapping and requirements gathering.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan ahead, handle multiple tasks concurrently, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; highly analytical with lateral strategic thinking and strong stakeholder management.
